The appellant failed to prove that his ongoing back incapacity remained causally connected to the 10 December 1999 accident; medical evidence established the continuing symptoms are due to a pre-existing degenerative lytic spondylolisthesis that is not a compensable injury, therefore ACC correctly suspended entitlements and the appeal is dismissed.
