The respondent's determination that the appellant had a capacity for work was revoked because the medical assessment did not adequately consider the appellant's severe depression (a mental injury consequential to his 1984 physical injury) as required by s94(3); the matter is remitted for a full psychiatric inquiry and fresh decision, and weekly compensation is to be restored from the date it ceased.
