The District Court's retrospective extension of time and timetabling orders were inconsistent with the purpose of the District Court Rules and the Limitation Act 2010, were plainly wrong in the circumstances (including expired limitation and prior procedural abuse), and must be quashed; the interests of justice did not require granting another extension.
