Appeal allowed. The cannabis uplift was reduced from 12 months to six months and the aggregate discount for mitigation (including guilty plea and other factors) was increased to 40%, producing an effective custodial sentence of 18 months which the Court converted to nine months home detention; original starting point for methamphetamine offending (two years) was not disturbed.
