The Court held Corrections followed a procedurally fair process appropriate to an operational parole decision, the direction was made for the purpose of protecting public safety not to impede the applicant's appeal, the Police's receipt and disclosure of the material (including documents) to Corrections was lawful and justified in the circumstances, and the judicial review application was dismissed.
