The Court exercised its jurisdiction under ss 339 and 343 of the Property Law Act to order the sale of the two jointly held properties and to divide the proceeds in accordance with the parties' agreed draft orders, and directed that $25,000 be ring‑fenced by payment into the District Court to cover disputed rental and deposit claims to be resolved in that forum.
