The High Court affirmed the District Court: the doctrine of natural servitude applied, the appellant failed to prove the respondents' works or the subdivision increased or redirected the natural flow of surface water onto her land, the Judge correctly preferred the respondents' expert evidence on that central issue, and therefore there was no actionable nuisance; appeal dismissed.
