On the balance of probabilities the draft document prepared by the deceased's lawyer expressed the deceased's testamentary intentions; all affected parties consenting and the court being satisfied on affidavit evidence, the Court declared the document to be the deceased's valid last will pursuant to s 14 Wills Act 2007 despite non‑compliance with s 11 formalities.
