The requests for daily activity notes and attendance at a case conference were reasonable requirements under s72(1)(b) and (f); the appellant unreasonably refused or failed to comply; accordingly ACC lawfully suspended/declined entitlements under s117(3)(a) and (c); the appeal is dismissed.
