The High Court upheld the District Court's refusal to order further disclosure: the redacted beacon output could be withheld under s16(1)(a) and s16(1)(g)(ii) because disclosure would likely prejudice investigation/detection and international law‑enforcement cooperation; the issuing Judge was not obliged to inspect the original unredacted printout and the defence was not entitled to the redacted material (including to an expert) because it was not necessary for a fair defence; appeal dismissed.
