The court held that the incorrect date on the issuer's website did not invalidate the statutory notification process because the mandatory channels (mailing and newspaper publication) were correctly used, the website was not a primary mandatory channel, and a reasonable recipient would not be misled; accordingly the preconditions of s37AC were satisfied and mandatory relief had to be granted.
