The Court made the order nisi absolute and appointed an independent professional administrator under s6(2)(a) because entrenched family animosity, serious allegations between family members, long delays, and the need for impartiality and expedient, efficient administration meant it was not expedient to appoint or permit a named family executor (Patricia Stacey) to act alongside the independent administrator; therefore John Anthony Langford was appointed and probate was not granted to Patricia Stacey or Victoria Threadwell.
