Because the defendants consented to continuation of the temporary orders and there is cogent evidence that Buzz Value India had Layaway's customer information (at least in relation to the Liu dummy sale), the Court concluded that preserving the status quo by granting interim restraints and preservation/disclosure orders was necessary to protect Layaway's business pending trial; the application for interim injunctions and preservation orders was granted on the terms set out by the Court, while the question of a serious issue to be tried is reserved for trial.
