The court gave trustees a limited opportunity (two months from the Associate Judge's decision quantifying levies) to pay or secure payment of levies confirmed; failing that the court appointed two named receivers with limited powers to exercise liquidator-like powers to procure payment and ensure future levies are paid, subject to cooperation with the Official Assignee and the trustee company's liquidators and with protections for the trustee's legitimate information requests.
