Given the absence of contemporaneous documentation of the alleged event, the long delay in reporting, conflicting and equivocal medical opinion, and a significant background of alternative neuropathic causes, the Court cannot draw the robust inference of causation required by the Ambros test; therefore the decision declining consequential treatment injury cover is upheld and the appeal is dismissed.
