On the evidence the Court was satisfied there are reasonable grounds to believe the eWallet funds held in New Zealand were derived from or represent the unlawful benefit of significant criminal activity connected to BTC-e and its operators (Canton and Vinnik), and that parts of the funds are tainted property.
