The 2005 convictions constitute propensity evidence with high probative value given the similarities (age disparity, type of touching, circumstances of isolation and unusualness); that probative value is not outweighed by unfair prejudice because a tailored, strong judicial direction can guard against improper use, therefore the District Court's ruling admitting the evidence is upheld and the appeal is dismissed.
