Review dismissed because an Associate Judge's summary judgment under s 26I must be challenged by appeal to the Court of Appeal under s 26P(2); the appeal period is 20 working days and r 31 prescribes filing modes (hand or post); Ms Bright failed to file her notice of appeal in the prescribed manner within time and Registrar advice did not cure that failure; therefore the review application cannot succeed and costs are awarded to the defendant.
