The appeal is dismissed because the Reviewer correctly confined the review to whether the appellant's ongoing symptoms were caused by the 1990 injury, the medical evidence did not establish such causation on the balance of probabilities, and the Reviewer properly declined to consider the separate 1988 claim which was outside her jurisdiction.
