Court found Cavalier Bremworth breached ss 9 and 13 FTA in part: the pre‑amendment website conveyed the misleading impression Cavalier Bremworth provided or stood behind the INVISTA warranties; representations (website, 15 March letter and stickers) that fade resistance covered fading from common household cleaning were misleading; and representations that the abrasive wear warranty covered crushing were misleading.
