The appeal is dismissed because the Court accepted the High Court's evaluative findings: the corroborative affidavits were unreliable without cross-examination, the evidence did not establish contributions or care of a degree to give a special claim, and the will provided proper provision for the appellant's maintenance and support judged by a wise and just testatrix; appellate interference with discretionary evaluative conclusions was not warranted absent a clear error.
