The Court approved the s95 settlement as consistent with the Act and interests of justice, extended the restraining order over 58 Fairburn Road for one year, ordered the Official Assignee to sell Fairburn Road and apply proceeds as specified (costs, loan repayment, $500,000 settlement sum to forfeit, balance returned), and made assets forfeiture orders vesting specified assets of the named respondents in the Crown after finding the property tainted on the balance of probabilities.
