Wong's April 2018 email was known to the claimant by 2 July 2018 and any defamation claim based on it is time-barred; evidence established claimant knew or ought to have known of Enderby's role by July 2019 (and had documentary disclosure by September 2020), so claims based on Enderby's April 2018 statements are also out of time; paragraph 19's allegation of unspecified additional publications fails mandatory particularity requirements and is an abuse of process; therefore the statement of claim is struck out in its entirety.
