Clause 10, read in full, fixed the purchase price at $1,500,000; the 33% franchise fee payments over up to 10 years were instalments against that fixed price and any balance outstanding became due on expiry of the 10 year period; the plaintiff was entitled to judgment for the outstanding balance plus contractual interest and costs.
