Rule 4.24 permits one or more trustees to sue on behalf of all trustees where the other trustees consent; retrospective consent by an absent trustee (here given in affidavit) satisfies r 4.24 and validates the proceeding without requiring all trustees to be named as plaintiffs; no prejudice to the defendant was shown and the appeal fails.
