The application was granted because the respondents did not oppose it, the liquidator consented, and proper service was evidenced; accordingly the court exercised its statutory powers under ss 329, 284(1)(b) and 248(1)(c) to restore the company, reverse the liquidators' final report, reappoint the former liquidators and permit continuation of the related proceedings, with no costs by agreement.
