The Court dismissed leave: police reasonably suspected a firearm at the first premises enabling reliance on Arms Act s61 so the search was lawful, and at the second premises the applicant's admission made discovery inevitable such that a s18(2) search was justified and exclusion under s30 would be disproportionate, therefore no leave to appeal was granted.
