Under s72 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001 it is reasonable for ACC to require medical certificates no longer than 90 days (13 weeks) to maintain weekly compensation; the requirement is not contrary to the Act and is appropriate to ensure up-to-date evidence of incapacity and work ability.
