The Supreme Court lacks jurisdiction to entertain the applicant's proposed appeals because the impugned Court of Appeal decisions are not within the criminal appellate jurisdiction conferred by statute (Part XIII and s406A/ s383A); accordingly the Registrar and Arnold J were correct to refuse/confirm refusal to accept the documents and the applications for leave to appeal are dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
