Court held the sentencing judge did not err in allocating 40% for non-plea mitigation and in treating guilty plea credit as 20% (total 60%); an arithmetic miscalculation did not prejudice the appellant because the judge reduced the sentence further for totality; appellant was entitled to credit for time spent on recall (eight months) and, on recalculation, the appropriate substituted sentence is one year and eight months' imprisonment.
