The Court upheld the Tribunal's finding that holding client funds in personal accounts for six and a half weeks and related failures (not accounting for interest, earning interest personally, and delayed return of documents) demonstrated reckless disregard of statutory trust obligations amounting to misconduct; the four month suspension, censure, requirement to undertake trust training and the costs orders were appropriate and the appeal was dismissed.
