Section 124(2) of the Unit Titles Act permits recovery of solicitor/client costs but the Court must assess reasonableness; after examining submissions and invoices the court disallowed the bureau charge and costs on costs, reduced the claimed fees to $43,000 (inclusive of GST) and awarded total costs and disbursements of $53,249.30 to the Body Corporate against Ms Singh.
