Court entered judgment for the plaintiffs on admitted debts (640,000 and 200,000) but, in the interests of justice and to permit proper relationship property accounting under the Property (Relationships) Act and to avoid duplicative proceedings, stayed execution of those judgments on strict terms requiring the defendant to commence and prosecute relationship property proceedings in the Family Court with full disclosure and compliance or risk lifting of the stay.
