Armishaw v Accident Compensation Corporation

- District Court
The court upheld the Reviewer and respondent assessments made in March/May 2007 as meeting statutory requirements; Dr Williams' later reports examined the appellant's subsequent condition and were both temporally irrelevant to the May 2007 decision and outside the psychiatrist's proper occupational expertise, therefore they did not invalidate the earlier assessments and the Reviewer's decision confirming vocational independence for the six work-types was correct.
