Under the broad Peruvian Guano relevance test and High Court Rules the court ordered unredacted disclosure of the second defendant's 00 and 90 bank account statements for 1 July 2003 to 30 January 2005 because transfers from and to the first defendant and deposits/payments relating to farming operations could directly or indirectly advance the plaintiff's case or damage the defendant's case; redactions were therefore not justified.
