The Tribunal's $10,000 order was outside the scope of s 93(1)(f) because s 93(1)(f) does not authorise compensatory or expectation damages and because the purchaser received the building report and elected to proceed before making the agreement unconditional, creating an intervening event that broke the causal chain so the misrepresentations were no longer operative consequences at the time the order was made; accordingly the Tribunal's relief order was set aside and the Committee's decision restored.
