The respondent correctly applied statutory abatement under clause 51 and sections 9/11; the appellant intentionally failed to disclose relevant earnings and cannot establish she received payments in good faith or that she altered her position such that repayment would be inequitable; accordingly s251 remittance does not apply and the calculated debts are recoverable.
