Given the Trust's cessation of operations, loss of funding, removal from the Charities Register, absence of other trustees, lack of opposition to liquidation and the proposed liquidator's consent, it was just and equitable to order that the Trust be put into liquidation and to appoint S P Rogan as liquidator and to fix his and his staff's rates of remuneration as requested.
