The Court ordered removal of the "No Survivorship" notation from Record of Title SA2B/1030 pursuant to s 133(2) Land Transfer Act 1952, conditioned on the property being marketed and sold and the estate debt of $133,000 being repaid from the proceeds by 31 March 2022, because this was the most expeditious means to enable the trustees to sell while protecting the executrix's interest.
