The Court awarded costs on a 2B basis against John Bernard Brett in his personal capacity because his unilateral actions in changing Companies Office records made the interlocutory enforcement application necessary; costs are provable in his bankruptcy; however costs were not awarded against Miriam Wallace‑Deane, MJT or the trustees because they lacked knowledge or consent and no exceptional circumstances justified costs against a legal aid recipient; no costs awarded in respect of the confused attempt by Brett to represent affected persons.
