The Corporation's request for company financial records and personal bank statements was relevant and reasonable in light of allegations of work/income; the appellant's deliberate refusal to supply that readily available information was unreasonable; therefore suspension of weekly compensation under s117(3)(a) was lawful and the appeal against that suspension fails. No decision was made on repayment under s117(3B), so repayment cannot be ordered by the Court at this stage.
