Granting of leave to appeal out of time was justified because the delay resulted from counsel error for which the applicant could rely on advice, respondents suffered no prejudice and an arguable and important question of statutory interpretation of s157 Companies Act existed; therefore the interests of justice required extension of time and grant of leave.
