Apply the 2001 Act transitional provision s371(1) preserving s72 of the 1992 Act; ACC had all information necessary to calculate weekly compensation well before 1 July 1992, so interest is payable and, limited by transitional rules, commences on 1 July 1992; the District Court erred in applying a s114 threshold and in finding interest began 19 August 2003.
