Contemporaneous diagnoses by the treating general practitioner and physiotherapist in 1996 established a discrete injury (tendonitis) that occurred through employment; the later contrary opinion of the Corporation’s specialist, given years after and without contemporaneous examination, was less persuasive; therefore the Corporation’s revocation of cover was incorrect and the appeal is allowed.
