The Court quashed WorkAon's 29 July 2011 suspension of entitlements for CTS because the decision misdescribed the 3 April 2009 claim, conflicted with earlier Corporation acceptance and payments, and lacked evidential basis; the Court also quashed the 25 May 2011 decline of cover for shoulder/neck injuries and directed further investigation and reallocation between insurers, finding on balance of probabilities that shoulder/thoracic/brachial plexus injuries are caused by one or more events and warrant reconsideration.
