Fresh credible psychiatric evidence established that return would expose the two older boys to a grave risk of substantial psychological harm of a medium‑term duration and that their objections are cogent and entitled to considerable weight; no feature of the case (including the mother's conduct or the fact of unilateral removal) clearly outweighed the children's best interests, so the Court exercised its discretion to refuse the order for return.
