Applicant failed to establish an arguable claim under the Property (Relationships) Act because the cumulative periods of cohabitation were under three years and, crucially, the applicant received payments from the business that mean she cannot show the requisite serious injustice under s 14A; accordingly the notice of claim must be removed.
