Because Mr DeMarco had been adjudicated bankrupt he lacked standing to make the joinder and related applications; accordingly the joinder and additional orders were declined, and the Court adjourned the contested applications and suspended parties' rule obligations pending resolution of the s 226 High Court application, with directions for a joint memorandum by 7 February 2022.
