Judge found the appellant did sustain a personal injury on 26 July 1995 but on the balance of probabilities failed to establish that she lacked capacity for work as at that date or that cessation of work in late September 1995 was substantially caused solely by that injury; contemporaneous medical evidence was lacking and other factors (husband’s ill health and sale of business) explained cessation; appeal dismissed.
