    High Court

The High Court held the Family Court Judge applied the correct legal principles under s14 and relevant authorities, sufficiently considered s14(5) perceptions and effects, permissibly found that past conduct could justify an order (including a pattern or sufficient isolated incidents), and that post-judgment matters and the Judge's post-script did not amount to error; accordingly the appeal was dismissed and costs awarded to the respondent.
